Q - How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Salon Kitty is easy! If you know what you are looking for, use the DRESSES, TOPS, BOTTOMS, SHOES and SWIMWEAR links. You can also shop directly by designer.

Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO BASKET' button underneath each item.

Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the pink trolley at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE' link to delete items from your shopping bag.

Choose your shipping country and thn click on 'CHECKOUT' button to complete your order.

Q - Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at Salon Kitty without creating account.

Q - What payment methods do you accept?
We have made payment as easy and convenient as you could want it and we process all payments through PayPal or directly through our payment engine. Both payment gateways are fast, simple and secure.

Pay with your bank account, debit card, credit card or your PayPal balance. The choice is yours and payments through PayPal are easy to use and secure. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

Q - Are your products authentic?
Yes! As an authrosied online stockist for all the labels we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

Q - How do I know what size I am?
The sizing of the labels we carry differ from brand to brand and occasionally items run small/large so we have converted each item to it's UK equivelent in brackets in the size drop down menu. If you require measurments of any of our items please contact us.

Q - How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless 'Sold Out' is displayed in the size field drop down box.

Q - Do I ned to sign for my order?
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.
